Narrative:
After takeoff from jax, RAPCON directed left turn towards a light aircraft with which they had radio contact. ATC directed turn put the 2 aircraft on a collision course. TCASII directed an RA for 2000 FPM descent while DC9 was in a 2000 FPM climb.

Narrative: AFTER TKOF FROM JAX, RAPCON DIRECTED L TURN TOWARDS A LIGHT ACFT WITH WHICH THEY HAD RADIO CONTACT. ATC DIRECTED TURN PUT THE 2 ACFT ON A COLLISION COURSE. TCASII DIRECTED AN RA FOR 2000 FPM DSCNT WHILE DC9 WAS IN A 2000 FPM CLB.
