Narrative:
On dec/xa/99, I removed and replaced a main wheel assembly on aircraft xyz. I believe this was the first B767 main I have changed. While working by myself, I must have missed replacing the outer spacer.

Title: A B767 WAS DISPATCHED IN NON COMPLIANCE WITH A MAIN TIRE AND WHEEL ASSEMBLY REPLACED WITHOUT INSTALLING THE WHEEL SPACER.
Narrative: ON DEC/XA/99, I REMOVED AND REPLACED A MAIN WHEEL ASSEMBLY ON ACFT XYZ. I BELIEVE THIS WAS THE FIRST B767 MAIN I HAVE CHANGED. WHILE WORKING BY MYSELF, I MUST HAVE MISSED REPLACING THE OUTER SPACER.
