Narrative:
While taxiing for departure at dca, we were cleared across runway 15 at taxiway K, for takeoff on runway 19. Both ourselves and a B737 were cleared across at the same time. As we started across we saw a dash 8 begin its takeoff roll on runway 15. Other air carrier and ourselves stopped and the dash 8 aborted the takeoff. We were reclred across and received confirmation of our original clearance. Supplemental information from acn 465608: B737 was also cleared to cross at taxiway J. We were on ground and I assume he was on tower.

Narrative: WHILE TAXIING FOR DEP AT DCA, WE WERE CLRED ACROSS RWY 15 AT TXWY K, FOR TKOF ON RWY 19. BOTH OURSELVES AND A B737 WERE CLRED ACROSS AT THE SAME TIME. AS WE STARTED ACROSS WE SAW A DASH 8 BEGIN ITS TKOF ROLL ON RWY 15. OTHER ACR AND OURSELVES STOPPED AND THE DASH 8 ABORTED THE TKOF. WE WERE RECLRED ACROSS AND RECEIVED CONFIRMATION OF OUR ORIGINAL CLRNC. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 465608: B737 WAS ALSO CLRED TO CROSS AT TXWY J. WE WERE ON GND AND I ASSUME HE WAS ON TWR.
