Narrative:

Approach control cleared us for the visual on runway 23L. When handed off to the local controller, he cleared us for runway 27R. With the chatter of a training environment with a copilot in training and the gusty WX we thought he had cleared us for runway 23R which is what we landed on.

Narrative: APCH CTL CLRED US FOR THE VISUAL ON RWY 23L. WHEN HANDED OFF TO THE LCL CTLR, HE CLRED US FOR RWY 27R. WITH THE CHATTER OF A TRAINING ENVIRONMENT WITH A COPLT IN TRAINING AND THE GUSTY WX WE THOUGHT HE HAD CLRED US FOR RWY 23R WHICH IS WHAT WE LANDED ON.
