Narrative:

Cruise at FL220 received a TCASII RA on intruding B727 aircraft. TCASII RA commanded a 1500 FPM climb. Disengaged autoplt and complied with TCASII RA. Advised ATC of deviation. Returned to assigned altitude and again advised ATC. Intruder aircraft was in sight while executing RA procedure.
