Narrative:

Passenger X, seated at row X, complained to one of my flight attendants of chest pain and abnormal heart rhythm, I paged for a doctor -- nobody answered -- so I paged for a nurse and an rn answered. She decided to use the defibrillator, since the pain was getting worse and the l-hand side fingers were numb. I informed the captain about this situation, and the nurse decided we needed to divert to a close airport, so we diverted to montego bay, jamaica. The plane was met by paramedics, and this passenger was taken to a local hospital by paramedics.
