While on the deer park STAR to bdl, the INS skipped a waypoint. Controller advised us after starting our turn to the wrong waypoint.

Title: A G-II FO, THE PF ON THE DEER PARK STAR TO BDL, DID NOT REALIZE THAT HIS INS DROPPED A WAYPOINT UNTIL N90 ADVISED HIM OF A TRACK DEV.
Narrative: WHILE ON THE DEER PARK STAR TO BDL, THE INS SKIPPED A WAYPOINT. CTLR ADVISED US AFTER STARTING OUR TURN TO THE WRONG WAYPOINT.
