Narrative:

Having been away from non destructive testing for 1 1/2 yrs, I was required by policy (abc xy-zz and west) to attend a 3 day recurrent training course, which will be completed mar/xc/00. However, between dec/xa/99 and mar/xc/00 I signed off several inspection tasks because I was comfortable and confident doing so, as I had done for yrs prior. Technically, someone 'qualified' should have signed with me.
