Narrative:

While proceeding across the terminal perimeter taxiway to aircraft xyz, parked away from gates, I came in close proximity to a taxiing cessna super caravan, taxiing with only navigation lights and non flashing tail beacon wbound. Closest point of approach was 25-30 ft. I did not see the aircraft until the passenger in my vehicle warned me. The aircraft did not appear to have slowed or otherwise appeared interfered with. I had made a hard stop to avoid the aircraft.
