Narrative: RELEASED ACFT WITH A CONDITIONAL RELEASE AFTER HVY MAINT VISIT #1 FOR TEST FLT. SHOULD HAVE ENTERED DEFERRED ITEM FOR TEST HOP '1 CYCLE LIMIT.' ITEM WAS INADVERTENTLY CLRED BEFORE TEST HOP.
