Narrative:

After the 5TH time at transmitting and someone telling me I was blocked, the pilots finally advised me that another frequency was bleeding through and blocking me. I was operating on 121.35. I understand this has been an ongoing problem with no resolution to date. This bleed-over is going to cause a deviation and possibly an accident if not corrected, as this sector is very busy and complex with 98% of the airplanes either descending or climbing.
