Narrative:
Passenger X asked for help with her bag. I told her I could not lift it on my own, but would be happy to help her. She told me I was rude and what good was I. I went past her to leave her on her own and touched her arm when I passed. She said I shoved her. I had other passenger witness the incident and I was not at fault. She was removed from the flight.

Narrative: PAX X ASKED FOR HELP WITH HER BAG. I TOLD HER I COULD NOT LIFT IT ON MY OWN, BUT WOULD BE HAPPY TO HELP HER. SHE TOLD ME I WAS RUDE AND WHAT GOOD WAS I. I WENT PAST HER TO LEAVE HER ON HER OWN AND TOUCHED HER ARM WHEN I PASSED. SHE SAID I SHOVED HER. I HAD OTHER PAX WITNESS THE INCIDENT AND I WAS NOT AT FAULT. SHE WAS REMOVED FROM THE FLT.
