Narrative:

Cleared for takeoff flight mia-mad. Prior to rotation, observed air carrier B747 crossing runway 9L. First thought B747 was on taxiway U, then saw it was on taxiway M7. Light aircraft weight enabled sufficient clearance after rotation. Was asked by tower to call them upon arrival mad. We did, and they said they saw B747 on taxiway M7 just as we were rotating and did not want to say anything. They said a complaint was being filed on the B747 crew.
