Narrative:
I was informed today (jan/xa/00) of an incident involving safety caps being installed on the oxygen generators in 'a' zone and 1 in 'B' zone of aircraft xyz. After reviewing maintenance records, it was determined that the last maintenance of the oxygen generators were done in jan/00 in tul. My name was on the card that this check was accomplished.
