Narrative:
I was on final approach and noticed a mooney on the runway. I flew over the aircraft and landed on the far end of the runway. I had 1/4 tank of fuel or less.

Title: A C150 PLT CITES ONE QUARTER TANK OF FUEL AS THE REASON FOR LNDG OVER A MOONEY ON THE ACTIVE RWY.
Narrative: I WAS ON FINAL APCH AND NOTICED A MOONEY ON THE RWY. I FLEW OVER THE ACFT AND LANDED ON THE FAR END OF THE RWY. I HAD 1/4 TANK OF FUEL OR LESS.
