Narrative:

Flight attendant injury on duty. ZNY. Location: rigny intersection. #1 flight attendant notified captain that at approximately XA00 the #6 flight attendant injured her left hand/arm when the service cart she was working tipped over. Injury appeared to be a bruise of the left ring finger and forearm. Flight continued on to destination. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter, a captain, didn't recall the incident enough to remember if it was turbulence that caused the cart to tip over, but speculates that it probably was, as they were flying over the caribbean when it happened, and the caribbean flts are prone to turbulent WX. He doesn't remember the injury to the flight attendant as being serious.
