Narrative:

On ground at opf parking at the FBO. Airplane was in idle taxi making right turn to park at tie-down adjacent to an 8 ft fence. Right wingtip slightly impacted top of fence post leaving a 4 inch dent by 1/4 inch deep in sheet metal on right wingtip. Upon review of airplane's documents after the incident was properly reported to all appropriate auths, it was discovered that the transponder and pitot static system inspections were expired by 10 days. Future corrective actions to be taken are to not taxi near fences, and shut down engine and hand push airplane to tie-down. Also to inspect required inspections of airplane prior to each flight.
