Narrative:

Just exited runway, taxied off on taxiway H3. Called ground but no answer. Joined taxiway H and called ground again. Ground wanted us to turn right on taxiway east which we were passing. Misunderstood instruction and thought we were to turn right on taxiway a. This caused us to cross runway 15L which was not active. After we crossed runway 15L on taxiway H, ground called and said we were supposed to turn right on taxiway east not taxiway a. CRM failed because company hired first officer with only 10 hours of multi-engine and 300 hour total. First officer did not want to be a pilot and was hired for management duties. Company forced first officer to fly the line for the experience. First officer was so inexperienced that it raised my workload beyond that of CRM. First officer should never have been hired and if she did not want to be a pilot, the company should not have forced her to fly the line.

Title: PLT WORKING WITH A COPLT OF LIMITED QUALIFICATION AT THE INSISTENCE OF HIS COMPANY HAS A RWY AND TXWY INCURSION.

Narrative: JUST EXITED RWY, TAXIED OFF ON TXWY H3. CALLED GND BUT NO ANSWER. JOINED TXWY H AND CALLED GND AGAIN. GND WANTED US TO TURN R ON TXWY E WHICH WE WERE PASSING. MISUNDERSTOOD INSTRUCTION AND THOUGHT WE WERE TO TURN R ON TXWY A. THIS CAUSED US TO CROSS RWY 15L WHICH WAS NOT ACTIVE. AFTER WE CROSSED RWY 15L ON TXWY H, GND CALLED AND SAID WE WERE SUPPOSED TO TURN R ON TXWY E NOT TXWY A. CRM FAILED BECAUSE COMPANY HIRED FO WITH ONLY 10 HRS OF MULTI-ENG AND 300 HR TOTAL. FO DID NOT WANT TO BE A PLT AND WAS HIRED FOR MGMNT DUTIES. COMPANY FORCED FO TO FLY THE LINE FOR THE EXPERIENCE. FO WAS SO INEXPERIENCED THAT IT RAISED MY WORKLOAD BEYOND THAT OF CRM. FO SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN HIRED AND IF SHE DID NOT WANT TO BE A PLT, THE COMPANY SHOULD NOT HAVE FORCED HER TO FLY THE LINE.
