Narrative:
I was riding with a part 135 cargo company. I am an employee of the company, there to help with cargo and compensated by part 91 flight time. During an FAA ramp check at the hangar at rdu airport, the company was written up for having me aboard and is currently being investigated. I was not aware of the illegalities of my presence.

Narrative: I WAS RIDING WITH A PART 135 CARGO COMPANY. I AM AN EMPLOYEE OF THE COMPANY, THERE TO HELP WITH CARGO AND COMPENSATED BY PART 91 FLT TIME. DURING AN FAA RAMP CHK AT THE HANGAR AT RDU ARPT, THE COMPANY WAS WRITTEN UP FOR HAVING ME ABOARD AND IS CURRENTLY BEING INVESTIGATED. I WAS NOT AWARE OF THE ILLEGALITIES OF MY PRESENCE.
