Narrative:

The approach to runway 13R converges with runway 18R arrs and departures. Propellers departing runway 18R/left turn right to heading 240 degrees or 270 degrees as per SID. ATC procedures has runway 13R gars turning right to 270 degrees and maintaining 2000 ft -- the same as the propellers. On this date, the go around aircraft almost/could have had a midair with propeller aircraft. The situation has the potential for midair collision. Many aircraft have narrowly averted this situation ending in a disastrous event. The FAA has been aware of this problem, yet continues to operate without care for potential collision and possible loss of life.
