Narrative:

On ukw arrival into dfw from the northwest, we were just leaving 11000 ft. Received a TA on an aircraft that was just about 300 ft below at 9 O'clock and 4 mi. Leveled to look and aircraft now 200 ft below and closing. Received a descend RA. Autoplt was disconnected and RA complied with. Advised center and was handed off to approach. Approach asked if we had seen 'fast moving traffic.' we advised that we had seen what appeared to be a T38. Approach advised that there is a military training route at this location. While this area is clear of the class B airspace, this is a very hazardous spot for high speed military traffic.
