Narrative:
Was cleared by ground to taxi to runway 35R full length. I taxied onto runway 35R and took off without a clearance from tower. Only after wheels up did I notice I was still on ground frequency. I immediately turned to tower frequency and tower asked if I had received a takeoff clearance. I stated no. Tower advised no problem but be careful.

Title: PLT OF PA34 TKOF PIE WITHOUT PROPER CLRNC.
Narrative: WAS CLRED BY GND TO TAXI TO RWY 35R FULL LENGTH. I TAXIED ONTO RWY 35R AND TOOK OFF WITHOUT A CLRNC FROM TWR. ONLY AFTER WHEELS UP DID I NOTICE I WAS STILL ON GND FREQ. I IMMEDIATELY TURNED TO TWR FREQ AND TWR ASKED IF I HAD RECEIVED A TKOF CLRNC. I STATED NO. TWR ADVISED NO PROB BUT BE CAREFUL.
