Narrative:

Taxiing from ramp with minimal wingtip clearance, we came to right angle turn onto taxiway leading to runway. Aircraft was heavy and I did not have it rolling fast enough to make the 90 degree turn without adding power. 1 or 2 light aircraft were behind as we made the turn and the thrust used may have been directed at them closer than I would like. Prior planning and greater attention during taxi would have prevented this.
