Narrative:

Call light above forward flight attendant station would not illuminate. At the time, the flight attendant call chime system was also deferred. I deferred the call light system, which is in conflict with the MEL. The aircraft was dispatched from ZZZ to abc. The error in the conflicting MEL's was discovered by the flight crew picking up the aircraft in abc. Our out station maintenance contractor was contacted, who repaired the call bell deferral, and the aircraft was dispatched back to ZZZ.
