Narrative:

While performing a service check on aircraft xyz on aug/xa/99 to aug/xb/99 on step 27 (inspection of placard presence for interior of aircraft) overlooked to inspect seat placards. The reason for that was that cabin service had seat tables down to clean them. I made a mental note to go back and inspect but didn't do so.

Narrative: WHILE PERFORMING A SVC CHK ON ACFT XYZ ON AUG/XA/99 TO AUG/XB/99 ON STEP 27 (INSPECTION OF PLACARD PRESENCE FOR INTERIOR OF ACFT) OVERLOOKED TO INSPECT SEAT PLACARDS.
