Narrative:

From the request of dispatch and the approval of the fleet director I accepted an aircraft crew change with 1 engine running. 1 pilot was always at the controls during the crew change. All checks and procedures were completed after the crew change was completed. If the company plans to do this in the future they should put it in the operations manual.
