Narrative:

After landing on runway 34 at palwaukee municipal airport (pwk), I was instructed to 'turn left onto taxiway M, then proceed to taxiway Y, cross runway 12, hold short of runway 34.' I read back and complied with the taxi instructions. Then I received a clearance to 'taxi across runway 34 and then taxi upon runway 6 to parking.' I read back and complied with the taxi instructions. Upon taxiing onto runway 6, I was informed that I taxied onto an active runway and to proceed to parking. At the time of occurrence, no aircraft were departing or arriving onto the runway. In addition, runway 6 has no hold short lines, no signage indicating runway, and poor taxiway markings on adjacent taxiway B.
