Narrative:

I operated flight on jul/xa/99 and jul/xb/99 on caravan C208 opf to nassau, bahamas, carrying freight from a freight forwarder and charging fuel cost only to build up time in C208. I didn't realize this constitutes compensation and comes under far part 135, 119. I unintentionally violated FAA rules. Compensation for hire should be explained more with examples by the governing department.
