Narrative:

I was flying PA28 at brackett airport in california (poc). Actually I was doing pattern with my friend who is also student pilot. Due to my lack of understanding, the limitation for 'carrying passenger prohibited' does not apply to student pilot. So I made mistake. Also I made mistake on communication. I just crossed runway even though controller told me to hold short. I believe this incident was caused by my lack of english.

Narrative: I WAS FLYING PA28 AT BRACKETT ARPT IN CALIFORNIA (POC). ACTUALLY I WAS DOING PATTERN WITH MY FRIEND WHO IS ALSO STUDENT PLT. DUE TO MY LACK OF UNDERSTANDING, THE LIMITATION FOR 'CARRYING PAX PROHIBITED' DOES NOT APPLY TO STUDENT PLT. SO I MADE MISTAKE. ALSO I MADE MISTAKE ON COM. I JUST CROSSED RWY EVEN THOUGH CTLR TOLD ME TO HOLD SHORT. I BELIEVE THIS INCIDENT WAS CAUSED BY MY LACK OF ENGLISH.
