Narrative:

Location: 100 mi east dfw. Passenger had breathing problems and irregular heartbeat while over tlh. She said that she did not take her medication. After taking her medication she felt better. I talked with medical and they said that she would be ok, so we continued on to dfw. About 100 mi east of dfw, passenger again had breathing problems and irregular heartbeat. A nurse on board was with her and said that it would be best if we landed as soon as possible. I declared an emergency with ZFW. We were cleared direct to dfw and to the gate. During arrival, we exceeded the 250 KT speed below 10000 ft to get to airport faster. We were met at the gate at dfw.
