Narrative:

Flight XXX jan to vcv. Release and takeoff data sent for runways 15 and 33. When I was doing the through check, all looked good. About 5 mins prior to departure, received call from the crew saying runways might be 16/34. I looked in the computer. Showed runways were 15/33. They were going to verify. I got out the approach plates and saw runways 16/34. While I was verifying information, the flight pushed off the gate. I sent the aircraft 3 ACARS messages stating runways 16/34 were correct and getting correct weights. Flight took off before they saw the ACARS messages. Supplemental information from acn 443021: cockpit crew provided with departure weight manifest and computerized takeoff performance computations for both runways at jackson. The first officer remarked that our takeoff data was for runways 15/33. Current airfield diagram shows runways 16/34. Dispatch center was contacted and informed. Crew was told 'that's all we have in the computer.' discussion terminated with cockpit crew under the impression that continuation of the operation would be satisfactory. During takeoff roll, at about 100 KTS, a cockpit chime sounded. The onboard 'ACARS' light ws flashing. Takeoff was continued. Later, the message was reviewed, 'do not take off, attempting to get data from sfo.'
