Narrative:
I was working ZZZ, slide light flashing and R1 door EICAS message. In my signoff, I stated that I inspected and checked rigging of door. It should have read that I inspected and checked the rigging of door latch pin cable, as per maintenance manual page ZZZ step east. In the future, I will take the time to make sure my paperwork is correct and that my references are correct.

Narrative: I WAS WORKING ZZZ, SLIDE LIGHT FLASHING AND R1 DOOR EICAS MESSAGE. IN MY SIGNOFF, I STATED THAT I INSPECTED AND CHKED RIGGING OF DOOR. IT SHOULD HAVE READ THAT I INSPECTED AND CHKED THE RIGGING OF DOOR LATCH PIN CABLE, AS PER MAINT MANUAL PAGE ZZZ STEP E. IN THE FUTURE, I WILL TAKE THE TIME TO MAKE SURE MY PAPERWORK IS CORRECT AND THAT MY REFS ARE CORRECT.
