Narrative:

Approximately 2 hours after departure from lgb, an agent from lgb called to say they had final passenger numbers for the flight. The count was off by about 17 from original close out. The station did not have their computers working at the time the flight was originally closed out and a math error was made by the agent in lgb working the flight. The agent should have went on board and actually counted people on board but used stickers left subtracted from seats on the aircraft to arrive at the wrong total. The count was actually under by about 17 people.
