Narrative:

Shortly after leveling at FL370, TCASII issued a traffic alert. Observed intruder aircraft in 9-11 O'clock position, less than 2 mi and 100-200 ft below. TCASII issued RA with instructions to climb. Climbed from FL370 to FL380 (approximately). Conflict was resolved. Returned to FL370, observed intruder at 9 O'clock position and 1600 ft below us. ATC was advised. Said only traffic was an F16 at FL410 directly above. We inquired as to position of his wingman. Flight continued on at FL370. Remainder of flight was normal and uneventful.
