Narrative:

Landed orh on runway 29 when active was runway 11 because early return flight from me could not land there), started losing instruments -- transponder first, then navigation/communication -- both sets. Alternator not changing battery. Calculated 1 1/2 - 2 hours of fuel remaining, but unable to confirm as one tank showed empty and other showed close to empty. Confirmed later my estimate correct, but gauges not working. Visual of orh direct to runway 11, winds calm. Looked for other aircraft, rocked wings. Concerned about fuel, did straight-in landing runway 29 without waiting for green light.
