Narrative:
The captain was taxiing the aircraft under the commands of the marshaller, while I was watching the right side of the aircraft. Approximately 50 ft from the gate our left wingtip struck the wingtip of a parked aircraft. Our aircraft was on centerline, but the other was not. We followed all commands correctly from ground personnel and felt that there was a lack of communication between the wing walker and marshaller.
