Narrative:
My workload was high and I was farther along my flight than anticipated. I may have accidentally entered gray and/or olympia airport controled areas while they were not VFR conditions. Olm tower was contacted immediately when I saw the airport. They were provided with my location and altitude. I asked to transit through and they said 'do you want a 'special.'' I was confused with what they were asking and told them 'no, I just want permission to transit through.' I am not familiar with the 'special' rules.
