Narrative:

After having been cleared for a visual approach to runway 17 at mco, maintaining 2500 ft until past orlando executive, we executed an uneventful landing. Exiting the runway, we heard approach call and ask if we were up his frequency. At that time, we realized we had not switched to tower. Supplemental information from acn 434484: if we did miss the call to tower, fatigue may have played a part, since we both had little sleep. The workload was average and nothing else unusual occurred during the approach.
