Narrative:

Similar aircraft call signs, and controller workload was the cause of this event. We were level at 10000 ft, controller told another aircraft with similar call sign to climb to 13000 ft. We started to climb out of 10000 ft and captain noticed another aircraft with a similar call sign. We doublechked with ATC, and were told to maintain 10000 ft. We had climbed to 10500 ft and returned to 10000 ft.
