Narrative:

Was asked to participate in testing for potential canadian ATC strike. Utilized navigation data facility to run information flight plans using different rtes without transiting canadian airspace on real time flts. I inadvertently rereleased flight xx instead of running information flight plan to get fuel burns and preferred altitudes. Lmr operations called dispatcher working flight yy and advised that the rerelease had canceled ATC strip for flight. As soon as this was recognized that I had wrongly rereleased the flight, I did an internal decs release with the correct and original route number.
