Narrative:

Diversion due to unusable center tank fuel. Unable to xfer center wing tank fuel 20 mins into cruise. Found forward center fuel tank boost pump circuit breakers phase a, phase B, and phase C popped, and circuit breakers would not reset. Declared an emergency and utilized remaining left and right main tank fuel to divert and land lax.

Narrative: DIVERSION DUE TO UNUSABLE CTR TANK FUEL. UNABLE TO XFER CTR WING TANK FUEL 20 MINS INTO CRUISE. FOUND FORWARD CTR FUEL TANK BOOST PUMP CIRCUIT BREAKERS PHASE A, PHASE B, AND PHASE C POPPED, AND CIRCUIT BREAKERS WOULD NOT RESET.
