Narrative:

Dades 2 arrival, missed turn at tumpy intersection. It requires a mandatory 180 degree heading. Serious shortcoming of text! The statement is not bold or highlighted in any way, buried in the small print. Even the radial beyond tumpy is misleading as it is 'bolded' as though it were a feeder route! Since mandatory headings are not commonplace, each side that contains them should have a 'heading' 'caution' stamp or box in the upper right corner -- sort of like the surgeon general smoking warning box on cigarettes.
