Narrative:
20 DME from msp, cleared for visual approach, descended from 4000 ft to 3000 ft. Upon landing, was told to call approach and was told that we descended below class B airspace. Was also told there was no violation to be recorded, just education.

Title: FLC OF A B757 DSNDED BELOW CLASS B AIRSPACE DURING A VISUAL APCH AND WAS COUNSELED BY APCH CTL PERSONNEL REGARDING THE INCIDENT.
Narrative: 20 DME FROM MSP, CLRED FOR VISUAL APCH, DSNDED FROM 4000 FT TO 3000 FT. UPON LNDG, WAS TOLD TO CALL APCH AND WAS TOLD THAT WE DSNDED BELOW CLASS B AIRSPACE. WAS ALSO TOLD THERE WAS NO VIOLATION TO BE RECORDED, JUST EDUCATION.
