Narrative:

Following the lake parker arrival into airport from the south, we encountered a large number of arriving aircraft, to our left (west of us). While aggressively looking at and for other traffic approaching the west side of lake hancock I realized our proximity to bartow airport. The 'special air traffic management program' does include bartow in the 'lakeland area,' for IFR traffic management but does not give details on other operations near this class D bartow airport for VFR traffic. I feel that on the page X graphic this class D airspace should be emphasized for VFR arrs.
