Narrative:
Aircraft xyz had a PIREP concerning captain's and first officer's seatbelt and buckle being reversed. Went out, noticed buckle was opposite of pouch on both captain's and first officer's seat. I changed the captain's with the first officer's and vice versa. I checked and buckled the lap belt together, thus the operations checked ok. I didn't even think about the shoulder harness.
