Narrative:

Pushback and start from gate at cle all normal. We had taxied about 200 ft when cle ground told us to call operations. I asked ground if we could stop where we were on the ramp while first officer radioed cle operations. They approved and at the same time operations told us to stop because we were overweight. We had not yet received the closeout, but were quite surprised to hear this because our takeoff performance data indicated our planned weight was about 3000 pounds under maximum ramp weight. After consulting with load control for about 5 mins, operations informed us that we were about 352 pounds over maximum ramp weight and to return to the gate. Before we returned to the gate we learned that an additional 25 passenger was what put us over. I put it in the logbook and we departed after required aircraft exterior inspection was completed.

Title: AN ACR F100 FLC WERE ADVISED THAT THEY WERE OVER THE WT LIMIT AFTER THEY HAD LEFT THE GATE.

Narrative: PUSHBACK AND START FROM GATE AT CLE ALL NORMAL. WE HAD TAXIED ABOUT 200 FT WHEN CLE GND TOLD US TO CALL OPS. I ASKED GND IF WE COULD STOP WHERE WE WERE ON THE RAMP WHILE FO RADIOED CLE OPS. THEY APPROVED AND AT THE SAME TIME OPS TOLD US TO STOP BECAUSE WE WERE OVERWT. WE HAD NOT YET RECEIVED THE CLOSEOUT, BUT WERE QUITE SURPRISED TO HEAR THIS BECAUSE OUR TKOF PERFORMANCE DATA INDICATED OUR PLANNED WT WAS ABOUT 3000 LBS UNDER MAX RAMP WT. AFTER CONSULTING WITH LOAD CTL FOR ABOUT 5 MINS, OPS INFORMED US THAT WE WERE ABOUT 352 LBS OVER MAX RAMP WT AND TO RETURN TO THE GATE. BEFORE WE RETURNED TO THE GATE WE LEARNED THAT AN ADDITIONAL 25 PAX WAS WHAT PUT US OVER. I PUT IT IN THE LOGBOOK AND WE DEPARTED AFTER REQUIRED ACFT EXTERIOR INSPECTION WAS COMPLETED.
