Narrative:
I got out the lda instead of the ILS approach plate. I was all set up for the lda (runway 19R) and it is displaced by 13 degrees, so I went about 1 mi further west than approach expected. He gave us a visual approach clearance and we landed without further incident.

Title: B737-300 CREW SELECTED WRONG APCH CHART AND WAS OFFSET FROM PROPER COURSE APPROX 1 MI.
Narrative: I GOT OUT THE LDA INSTEAD OF THE ILS APCH PLATE. I WAS ALL SET UP FOR THE LDA (RWY 19R) AND IT IS DISPLACED BY 13 DEGS, SO I WENT ABOUT 1 MI FURTHER W THAN APCH EXPECTED. HE GAVE US A VISUAL APCH CLRNC AND WE LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.
