Narrative:

While waiting #1 for takeoff, the bog tower issued the following clearance: 'line up and wait runway 13L.' all 3 pilots in the cockpit understood the same thing. I, as PNF, responded 'line up and wait runway 13L.' we took the runway and waited in position. The captain and myself looked on final, and we did not see anybody. Later the tower told us that 'the clearance was after landing traffic, line up and wait.' we responded that we did not understand after landing traffic because we never heard it. The controller sent the airliner in a go around. The language barrier and different phraseology used outside the united states might have been a contributing factor for the incursion.
