Narrative:

In a rush to take off before a landing aircraft, captain accepted clearance to take off without delay before we were ready. As I rushed to finish up delayed start checklist, I started before takeoff checklist. When I got to flight attendants notified and acknowledged, I finally looked back to see what was taking so long to hear from our flight attendants. At this point we were crossing the hold short line and I told the crew, we were not ready. The flight attendant was still 3/4 of the way back working her way forward. I still worked on the checklist knowing the captain was going to take off. 45 degrees to runway line-up, the power started to come up. I again said the flight attendants are not ready, now lined up and power set for takeoff. 10 ft away from her seat, the flight attendant struggled to her seat and got there by about 80 KTS. Again I said, flight attendants not ready! The takeoff was continued uneventfully. Apparently the lead flight attendant was in the back galley checking on problems with a water leak or no water pressure. Not sure why the captain rushed the takeoff versus waiting a couple of mins for a landing aircraft, but we pressed on. Passing through 10000 ft, I mentioned to the captain that the flight attendants were going to be a little bit upset. He didn't seem to understand what happened until I explained it all to him. He then got upset with himself and forgot about a 250 KT restr and flew normal speed at 280 KTS.

Title: FLC STARTED TKOF PRIOR TO FLT ATTENDANT BEING SEATED. FLC EXCEEDED 250 KTS IN CLB.

Narrative: IN A RUSH TO TAKE OFF BEFORE A LNDG ACFT, CAPT ACCEPTED CLRNC TO TAKE OFF WITHOUT DELAY BEFORE WE WERE READY. AS I RUSHED TO FINISH UP DELAYED START CHKLIST, I STARTED BEFORE TKOF CHKLIST. WHEN I GOT TO FLT ATTENDANTS NOTIFIED AND ACKNOWLEDGED, I FINALLY LOOKED BACK TO SEE WHAT WAS TAKING SO LONG TO HEAR FROM OUR FLT ATTENDANTS. AT THIS POINT WE WERE XING THE HOLD SHORT LINE AND I TOLD THE CREW, WE WERE NOT READY. THE FA WAS STILL 3/4 OF THE WAY BACK WORKING HER WAY FORWARD. I STILL WORKED ON THE CHKLIST KNOWING THE CAPT WAS GOING TO TAKE OFF. 45 DEGS TO RWY LINE-UP, THE PWR STARTED TO COME UP. I AGAIN SAID THE FLT ATTENDANTS ARE NOT READY, NOW LINED UP AND PWR SET FOR TKOF. 10 FT AWAY FROM HER SEAT, THE FLT ATTENDANT STRUGGLED TO HER SEAT AND GOT THERE BY ABOUT 80 KTS. AGAIN I SAID, FLT ATTENDANTS NOT READY! THE TKOF WAS CONTINUED UNEVENTFULLY. APPARENTLY THE LEAD FLT ATTENDANT WAS IN THE BACK GALLEY CHKING ON PROBS WITH A WATER LEAK OR NO WATER PRESSURE. NOT SURE WHY THE CAPT RUSHED THE TKOF VERSUS WAITING A COUPLE OF MINS FOR A LNDG ACFT, BUT WE PRESSED ON. PASSING THROUGH 10000 FT, I MENTIONED TO THE CAPT THAT THE FLT ATTENDANTS WERE GOING TO BE A LITTLE BIT UPSET. HE DIDN'T SEEM TO UNDERSTAND WHAT HAPPENED UNTIL I EXPLAINED IT ALL TO HIM. HE THEN GOT UPSET WITH HIMSELF AND FORGOT ABOUT A 250 KT RESTR AND FLEW NORMAL SPD AT 280 KTS.
