Narrative:

Flight from rsw to pit. After intermediate leveloff we received climb clearance to FL330. Climbing through FL310, cabin flow light illuminated and cabin began to climb at 1500-1800 FPM. Cabin could not be controled either in automatic or manual. We advised ATC. They issued a descent to FL240 then to FL190. We needed a lower altitude. Declared emergency with ZJX and descended to 10000 ft. We were 20-30 mi from mco. We diverted to mco and made an uneventful overweight landing.
